New Feature: Cancel button for disputes in Queued Status

  • The Client Portal has been enhanced to improve the dispute process. A cancel button has been added to disputes located in the Queued tab.

    • This functionality will allow users to cancel a dispute before it is fully submitted to the retailer.

    • After the user opts to cancel a dispute, the claim will be relocated back to its original tab from which it was disputed - either Ready to Dispute or Redispute.
