  • The Disputes page of the Client portal has been enhanced to provide users with the ability to redispute claims more than once.

    • Canceled tab has been renamed to the Redispute tab

      • Canceled disputes will always show in the Redispute tab

      • Denied disputes will show in the Redispute tab if they are re-disputable

      • The requirement to provide documentation has been removed for disputes that exist in this tab

    • Denied disputes will still be shown within the “Completed” tab

    • Disputes can be redisputed up to two additional times

    • Redisputing items may increase the opportunity to gain a favorable “approved” result in an instance where the retailer originally denied the claim
