The Disputes page of the Client portal has been enhanced to provide users with the ability to redispute claims more than once.
Canceled tab has been renamed to the Redispute tab
Canceled disputes will always show in the Redispute tab
Denied disputes will show in the Redispute tab if they are re-disputable
The requirement to provide documentation has been removed for disputes that exist in this tab
Denied disputes will still be shown within the “Completed” tab
Disputes can be redisputed up to two additional times
Redisputing items may increase the opportunity to gain a favorable “approved” result in an instance where the retailer originally denied the claim
