The Client Portal Target Claims page has been updated to include both Auto Dispute & Auto Dispute Settings.
Auto Dispute functionality will work similarly to Walmart’s Auto Dispute system.
When enabled, STAT will automatically dispute claims either 30 days after the invoice date or 7 days after the claim date
All claims which fall under the selected criteria will automatically be scheduled for dispute.
If Auto Dispute is disabled, all scheduled claims will no longer be automatically disputed.
The Auto Dispute settings drawer can be opened by clicking on the Auto Dispute on/off button.
You will be able to enable or disable Auto Dispute.
When Auto Dispute is enabled, you will be able to select claim codes and set a claim amount threshold.
When Auto Dispute is disabled, the settings will also be disabled.
You will be able to select from a list of claim codes for auto-disputing
These claim codes are specifically match claim codes
By default, all match claim codes are auto selected
There is a reset to defaults button to set all claim codes to the default claim codes
You will be able to set a claim amount threshold for auto-disputing
Example: Auto Dispute all claims under $500.
By default, this is set to auto dispute any claim amount
To save any changes you make, you must click the save button in the drawer.
