The Disputes page of the Client Portal has now been renamed to Claims and updated to show each Claim Line instead of a grouping of claim lines.
You can still select multiple claim lines to multi-dispute if you use the dispute button at the header.
When multi-disputing, all selected claim lines will appear in the drawer, and you will be able to select / deselect claims from the PO as needed.
Any documents and comments you add will be applied to all selected claim lines
If you use the dispute button on a specific claim line, that will open only that claim line’s PO in the drawer with the claim line auto selected.
We’ve updated claims in the Supplier Action status so you can respond within the Client Portal with a clearer workflow.
When you click the Respond button, you'll be able to add attachments and comments to the claim line when sending it back to Walmart.
In the claim details page, you can see comments left by Walmart by using the new comment icon button.
We’ve changed the name of the Redispute tab to Redisputable and moved this before the Completed section
In the Redisputable Tab, you will only see claims which are redisputable
Claims which are partially approved and have not been disputed the maximum amount of times (3)
Once a claim has been disputed the maximum amount of times or has been approved for the full amount, it will move to Completed.
When viewing the Claim Details page for a specific claim, we’ve updated this to display a brand new layout.
We now show item-level information, banner (Walmart or Sam's Club), and claim type (Prepaid or Collect).
We’ve added status headers at the top with number that indicates the total amount of claim lines in this status for the PO. By selecting that header status, you’ll filter the PO to see only claim lines within that status.
Selecting All will show all claim lines in every status.
The download has also been updated to reflect the new claim lines format. Individual lines that meet the criteria for being redisputable will only show with the Redisputable status.
