DMS Download Update:
The Client Portal has been enhanced to improve our Dispute Download. We are now separating disputes submitted in the STAT portal vs disputes submitted outside the STAT portal. This will make it easier to see dispute amounts based on where it was submitted.
We’ve added new columns to identify the total times disputed, amounts disputed, and amounts recovered.
We’ve added a new column in the download called Actionable
This column identifies if claim lines are actionable based on status, whether they're in Ready to Dispute, Supplier Action, or Redispute
We’ve added a new column in the download called Client Portal Dispute Location
This will identify which bucket the claim line is located in on the Disputes page within the STAT Client Portal
We’ve added a new column in the download called Walmart Warehouse Location
This is the Warehouse ID
